Our hotel partners are experts in their local areas and they know what travelers who visit their properties will like. We want to capture this valuable information and share it with customers.
We developed the first tool to recommend points of interest around a property. We started with an algorithm-seeded list that partners can change and adapt. We also learned that our database could use improvement, and so we introduced features to suggest changes and or corrections in our system as well.
Delivered critical mass for brand partners to display recommended points of interest, as well as a steady stream of suggested improvements to our content system.
