It’s one thing to see how all your reviews map to sentiment scores about different topics such as the staff, the breakfast, the surrounding area, the pool, and more. But over time, a one-time summary is not as useful. With thousands of reviews, it can be hard to see if cleaning the pool, or changing the breakfast, or training the staff is having much impact.
We began to take snapshots of the sentiment data and play it back over time. This way any improvements can be tracked.
