Our mobile app did not take advantage of the native features to capture, edit, and upload images on most phones.
Our Solution
We developed a custom native app as part of the overall Expedia Partner Central App to allow hotel partners to see gaps in their photo inventory, upload them, and maintain uploads when Internet connections were spotty.
Our Results
We increased the share of images uploaded through the app and reduced the number of dropped uploads due to connection failures.
