Our Problem
We were re-writing an entire portal product and had to unify a legacy experience that included many modules and personalization features, along with client-specific integrated apps.
What We Did
We designed a new simplified PC experience that provided a cleaner experience and a unified navigation. We also enabled customization of branding and custom app integrations in a flexible framework.
The Results
The new simplified PC experiences enabled us to better highlight unique or new content and increase customer satisfaction even though we had removed personalization features.
